Terms of Service
Welcome to Serenity Shore Spa. These Terms of Service govern your use of our website and services. By booking or participating in a session, you agree to the following terms.
1. Use of Services
Serenity Shore Spa provides mobile sauna and cold plunge experiences. All guests must use the facilities responsibly and follow any instructions provided by staff.
Participants must be 18 years or older, unless accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.
Serenity Shore Spa reserves the right to refuse service to anyone who appears intoxicated, unsafe, or unable to participate responsibly.
2. Health & Safety
Sauna and cold plunge experiences involve exposure to high heat and cold temperatures.
Guests participate at their own risk and should consult a medical professional before participating if they have any health concerns including but not limited to:
• cardiovascular conditions
• pregnancy
• respiratory issues
• high or low blood pressure
• recent injuries or surgeries
Guests are responsible for exiting the sauna or cold plunge if they feel lightheaded, uncomfortable, or unwell.
3. Bookings & Cancellations
All bookings must be reserved through our online scheduling system.
Cancellations made at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled session may be rescheduled or refunded.
Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled time may not be eligible for a refund.
Serenity Shore Spa reserves the right to reschedule bookings due to weather conditions, safety concerns, or operational needs.
4. Private Events & Mobile Sessions
For private events or home bookings, the client must ensure adequate space and safe access for our mobile sauna trailer.
Serenity Shore Spa may request photos of the driveway or location prior to confirming a booking to ensure safe setup.
If the location cannot safely accommodate the trailer, the booking may be rescheduled or canceled.
5. Participant Responsability
Guests agree to:
• follow all safety instructions
• treat equipment respectfully
• avoid unsafe behavior around the sauna, stove, or cold plunges
• not participate while intoxicated or under the influence of drugs or alcohol
Serenity Shore Spa reserves the right to remove participants who do not follow safety guidelines.
6. Limitation of Liability
By participating in Serenity Shore Spa services, guests acknowledge that sauna and cold plunge use carries inherent risks.
Serenity Shore Spa, its owners, employees, and partners are not liable for injuries, damages, or losses resulting from participation, except where required by law.
Participants assume full responsibility for their health and safety while using the facilities.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on this website including text, images, branding, and materials are the property of Serenity Shore Spa and may not be reproduced without permission.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Rhode Island.
Any disputes arising from these services will be resolved under Rhode Island jurisdiction.
