We recommend rotating between the sauna and cold plunge for 2–3 rounds. A common starting point is 10–15 minutes in the sauna followed by a 1–3 minute cold plunge. Everyone moves at their own pace, and we’re happy to guide first-time guests through the process.
How much space and setup is required for the sauna trailer?
Our mobile sauna trailer requires a flat, stable surface with enough space to safely park and maneuver. The trailer size is 26’ x 8.5’, and driveways, yards, or venue parking areas typically work well. We’ll confirm the location before booking. Access to an outdoor faucet is ideal for filling the cold plunges, but we can also arrive with the tubs prepared if needed.
What should I bring?
Bring a swimsuit, water bottle, and comfortable clothing for after your session. Towels and a changing space are provided, though you're welcome to bring your own towel if you prefer.
Is this suitable for beginners?
Yes. Our sessions are beginner-friendly and fully self-paced. Whether it’s your first sauna experience or you’re familiar with contrast therapy, we’ll guide you through the process so you feel comfortable the entire time.
Can I book this for private events or collaborate as a business?
Absolutely. Serenity Shore Spa hosts private gatherings, retreats, and wellness collaborations with gyms, studios, and event organizers throughout Rhode Island.
What are your booking and cancellation policies?
Bookings are confirmed through our online reservation system with a deposit collected at the time of booking. The remaining balance is automatically charged 72 hours before your scheduled session. Cancellations made at least 72 hours in advance are eligible for a refund minus the deposit. Cancellations within 72 hours are non-refundable but may be eligible for credit toward a future booking.
What if I have a medical condition?
If you have a medical condition, are pregnant, or have cardiovascular concerns, we recommend consulting your physician before participating. Sauna and cold plunge therapy are generally safe for healthy individuals, but your comfort and safety always come first
